E4. - No EscapeThe cameras are everywhere, but they do not see everything. A citywide lockdown makes it difficult to escape but its still possible. But it requires a good deal of knowledge and a vast amount of money to leave. I have found friends and together we have planned our escape from this place. And tonight, its all going to come to a head. This is it. I dont know how long I have been trapped in this place. All of the horrors I have seen, will soon be a thing of the past.E4. - No Escape
I move through the streets, following a coded map to avoid any of the street cameras that keep an eye on the first signs of the plague. I walk through

E3. - A Ghost for Each RoomReal estate is a tricky business in the city since lockdown. Everybody wants out, and so nobody wants to buy. There are no investments here, no renovators dreams, no place to call home. Everybody rents. I guess somebody does own the property, but I havent personally seen a landlord since the Massacre. The rental market is very competitive. As people are attempting to save what they can to buy their way out of the city, everybody is looking to rent places, mostly apartments, that are as cheap as dirt. Echoes 2. - Dawn StatuesThey were frozen. All across the city, some two dozen people stood naked outside their homes and in the streets, dead. The day was upon us, although cast in a perpetually grey light.Echoes 2. - Dawn Statues
Mandlebrot grinned with eery curiosity, There are around thirty-two of these so far, but there could be more.
I hated Mandlebrot. Always grinning, always smiling with keen eyes hidden behind dark shades. I never got anything from him. At times he was so alien, ignori

Echoes 1. - CorpsewineThe Sorrows Bridge lies before me on my way to work. It gets that name due to sheer amount of suicides that have happened here. These days, no one can jump from it due to high chain link fences and barbwire. It looks like right out of war-torn Europe. Bits of clothing still hang from them, but I guess some people are just that determined. The bridge crosses one of the many canals that wind their way through the city. Once used to as the main means of transport during the industrial revolution, the canals are a reminder of some of the dark history of this city. For instance, many of these canals manage to end up in the Corpsewine River.Echoes 1. - Corpsewine
